I didn't get my walk in today.. Far too warm..

I met some friends for lunch yesterday, but we binned the shopping.  Too hot, the coolest place was in the car with the AC on.

Off to the pool later. We usually moan about how cold the water is, I can't wait today!

I nipped into Lidl yesterday. Bliss it was like a fridge.

I did look back in and they were on

Did a short walk..  Up the road and back..
I did vary it.. I walked on the other side coming back..

Decided to spray a bit of sunblock on my arms. Didn't shake it enough. The kitchen floor is well safe from the sun now.

We got rain and a big drop in temperature to boot.
