Mines been on since late October. I have turned it down some and some rooms are now unheated but the bill is still way over what it was.

Everything is frozen over.. 
Many years ago a visitor at the hospital told his wife that his dentures had frozen in the glass of water overnight..

we had no heating in our bedrooms. Ice on the inside of the windows was the norm, and it was pointless taken a glass of water upstairs.
