Hope you feel better soon GM, chest infections just knock me for six.  Are you taking anti biotics ?  I find lemon, ginger and honey in hot water helps, it doesn't cure it but makes me feel better  chin up girl

Thanks, but I think its probably viral, so antibiotics wouldn't help. If its no better in a couple of days, I'll try and get a GP appointment. Loads of fluids, paracetamol, rest. And Vick! 

I'm really fortunate OH has been getting me hot drinks, and a bit of food, although I'm not really hungry.  Ha ha to Scrumpy! My concentration is nil.
