I go into town sometimes for coffee..
I see many people that I know and chat to some that I don't.. That is how I am..
What I notice is most of those in town in the mornings are older people..
People who do everything by the clock even when they have little need to be ' clock watching'.
They have a set time for their lunch/dinner/ tea and do not like to go beyond the given time..
I don't drink coffee after midday.. and never would..
I don't like to eat in the evenings..
Are some on here like that. ?
Have we become creatures of habit..?
Don't ask me.. I know nuffink..

probably. Veronica and I always used to eat in the evening, and when I have family here, that is when we eat, but whilst I am on my own, I eat just after mid-day. Then I doze for two to three hours - helps me get through the days which otherwise seem never ending
Thank you for the days, the days you gave me

I don't eat breakfast, that's my routine.   The rest of it is hit and miss now.

All my life had been routine until I retired, now I don't want to be tied by the clock or the day or anything else.  I do what I want to do when I want within reason.

I eats when I'm hungry and drinks when I'm dry

'n if the hangman don't get me I'll live 'til I die..

That's about it.

We usually have our evening meal around 6-6.30pm, everything else varies.
Its not how old you are, but how you are old. 💖

I rarely feel hungry so eat when the clock tells me to.  The only meal that I enjoy is breakfast.  Fruit, nuts and seeds topped with Rowse honey and Yeo Valley honey yoghurt.  Lovely.

My life pretty much a set routine go to bed at 2000 up at 0430 give or take a little. Down to the forest with Roxy 0545. Monday to Friday 0745 on my way to my golf club. 1430 out with Roxy for her second walk of the day. Weekends house work and gardening. Cooked meal 1600 to ensure I have a balanced diet. Never use an alarm clock no need for one. Walking Roxy always meet up with the same dog walkers.
