How about this for a solution.?

Let them ALL out..
Do away with Police and Courts.. That will free up a few bob to reconstruct Prisons ..Courts and police stations  into luxury apartments for our foreign visitors..

  Allow the Far Right Freedom of the City and Free to Roam... as others are..

  Give it a few months... sorted..

They should have had much more severe sentences not early release .

That is beyond disgraceful.
I feel so sorry for the family he left behind.

One again,  politicians need real life experience of having their spouse dragged behind a car before they will ever understand the feelings of P.C. Harper's family.

Had they been correctly charged there would be no release. Iirc for some reason the charge wasn't murder.
