It's beautiful here too, Scrumps,  not a cloud in the sky.
I particularly love to see a gorgeous blossom tree with a clear blue sky as background.  Beautiful.

Think I will do some more gardening today while its so sunny.  Bloomin'  housework can wait for a wet day.

Probably not long to wait!
Thank you for the days, the days you gave me

Blinkin'  parcel deliveries!

I had ordered several small things before the Easter break, and three have come this morning.
One is a little pressie for my DIL,  three little novelty pastry cutters for some dog biscuits she wants to make.

These cutters are only about 2 - 2 & half inches long,  yet they have come in a cardboard box about   16" long x nearly 12" wide!!!    Why?

No wonder we get charged so much for postage!

Alex

You're lucky Mups one parcel of mine (Polish mayonnaise came in a paper bag from AMAZON - one jar was smashed of course.

Oh no.  That's ridiculous.

My Ocado order has just come.  No missing things for a change.

This afternoon I might go to a plant sale the U3a are having.
Personally I'd have thought it a bit too early in the year for sales, as people tend to have surplus plants later in the year, when their seedlings and cuttings are ready to plant,   not this early.

Woke up this morning to a cross Dunc and very little water coming out the taps. Must be a burst Main somewhere. :yell:

Good job he filled up the Clydes and the sheep's water troughs yesterday. You never realise how much water you actually use until the supply is interupted. I have my supply of bottled water so we are ok for drinking too, but everything else is screwed till whatever the problem is, is fixed. :boo:
