What a result..

Went for a CT scan yesterday.. The appointment was at 2.30..
I arrived early to get a parking space... Car park only half full.!!
Bought a newspaper and sat in the coffee area..
Went to the xray area.. checked in.. Time 2pm.
They called me through straight away.. 
I was back home at 2.45...
Parking fee 5 pounds..

Glad it went well Scrumpy    but a fiver to park? We don't pay to park at hospitals here. You need to take a free ticket and you get 4 hours. If you don't have a ticket you get hammered with non parking tickets and it can cost a lot.

Raven... Nothing free down here.. It can cost many pounds if you are delayed in the hospital.. or visiting..
    I have just checked .. 5pounds up to 2hrs.... 
Daily maximums of 13.65.. 24hrs

Thank you Mups.. The CT scan was asked for by a hospital doctor at the beginning of January.. when I was admitted..
Throat, neck, stomach.. That is how busy they are..
Not a priority.. obviously.. That's comforting...
