Just heard that next month the Royal Mail are putting up the price of stamps AGAIN.

2nd class are to go up 4p  =  to  91p

1st class will go up a huge 10p  = to a staggering  £1.80

And they wonder why fewer and fewer people use them anymore.

I try to avoid using Royal Mail .. They have priced themselves out of business.. Plus they do not deliver a great service..
Don't ask me.. I know nuffink..

Very true, Scrumps.

So their answer to no public support is . . .  put their prices up even more!
Yeah, I am sure that will invite more customers to use them.

Correction. I posted four or five Christmas cards to folk who don't have computers, and about 20 e-cards to folk who do

I sent a parcel, tracked, to my grandson on Thursday. He got it Friday, I could even see the signature showing the recipients name.  I thought that was good compared to the fiasco of Evri!

I send a few Christmas and Birthday cards, but not many. Second class if I'm organised! 1st is way too dear.
Its not how old you are, but how you are old. 💖

I sent a Christmas parcel to Lincoln .. It arrived the next day.. It cost a lot of money to ensure its arrival.. So, so costly..
I don't trust letters arriving the next day .. First Class means nothing..
