Not original with me and possibly a little cruel but she certainly didn't achieve much in the way of a formal education. Nor has she ever held down s proper job. She became a union rep early on and so untouchable.

Bottom line is that she has skills which mostly involve parroting bog standard avoidance tactic attacks on others and citing the usual tedious arguments.  Once she is questioned for details and/or deviates from her vitriolic script, she is found wanting.

Limited single mindedness has taken her to the top of the Peter principle ladder.
