Good grief.  This looks bad, doesn't it.

A wildfire in a Dagenham country park today.
25 fire engines plus wildfire response vehicles attended,  and they say that at the moment, the cause is unknown.

Probably a silly question,  but where do fire fighters get all their water from,  especially in droughts like this?

Amazing photon though !

They'll connect up to a hydrant in towns and they can pump water out of rivers lakes etc. They also have water on board. I'm guessing if there isn't any they can get nearby there has to be a fleet of them filling their tanks from the nearest source.

Mike did you know there was a bad wild fire on the outskirts of Perth the last few days? Just past the Edinburgh Rd Tesco, not sure if it's out yet or still burning. Son who is at my house just now told me, It's only a 5 minute drive from my place, but blowing towards Bridge of Earn last I heard.
