Well, there was this girl I met in a pub once....😬😬

There were 3 charity shops nearby. I had planned to unload unwanted but serviceable stuff to them over time. All three closed during covid and the others are a drive away. The unwanted but serviceable stuff is mostly acting as loft insulation forming part of my children's inheritance. I hope Ms Reeve leaves enough in the kitty for them to hire a couple of skips.

I bought this lovely blouse in a charity shop it cost €4
Generally I only donate to charity shops but it's a wonderful way to recycle .

I'm waiting to get a bargain on a Bosch cordless lawn mower.. lightweight..
At the moment they are showing on Amazon at 198..

I need to hang on a bit longer .. My car Service and MOT are due and with an old motor you never know what problems might be lurking.. They can be costly..

My old banger is booked in next Thursday Scrumps, MOT, Service and fixing whatever he finds    Then tax is due December 1st so a bit of an expensive do.

I once got a lovely olive green coat/parka in a charity shop, still got it !

That's very true.   My car's Service, MOT and Insurance all run out within a couple of weeks of each other too.

I recently bought a really thick, warm jumper from a charity shop,  but I mostly buy books.

Or you can have too much! ☺️

I got a nice sparkly dress for £8.50, tags still on!  Not from the shop where I volunteer though.  I never seem to have time to look when I'm there.  I've bought a few bits of clothing, as I've lost weight.  Some good bargains around.
Its not how old you are, but how you are old. 💖

I buy most of my books from a charity shop.
I have noticed that the charity shops around my area have signs in their windows saying they are not accepting things at the moment..
