I contracted at Jag for 13 years. Glad I'm not reliant on them for my income after this....

I don't know what that ad  was on about,  but I saw in today's paper that they are taking the famous  'Jagua'  cat  off the front of their cars now, and putting some sort of  curved, geometric 'J' badge  - (that apparently looks more like a handbag clasp)!
A prancing cat will appear on the side of the car instead.

Apparently the story took X by storm. There are millions of views and very few likes. Apparently this is known as being ratioed  where the ratio of likes to views is miniscule. Virtually all comments are negative or incredulous.

My inclusion of Bud Light moment in the title in case it is not as well known as I assume is when they used the Mulvaney freak in an advert and their sales position and stock price both took a tumble and haven't SFAIK recovered.

It all seems a bit odd.  I thought that using what used to be termed "freaks" was pretty much a no-go practice nowadays.  Lately, the trend seems to reverse this.

Weird. Somehow can't see that ad appealing to many Jag buyers.
Its not how old you are, but how you are old. 💖

The replies to comments on X suggest it is the start of several in their rebrand. I am expecting the weird rock at the end to eventually morph into a car.

As they are aiming for an all electric lineup the really eyewatering things about future Jags are going to be price and first year depreciation in the main imo.
