Our papers say differently Ansu.  Although not as bad as 2023 Berlin commenced New Year in chaos, with riots breaking out across the capital city seeing police officers targeted.

Approximately 4,500 officers were deployed to Berlin's streets on December 31, a police presence not seen in the city in decades.

Not only Germany.  Due to our apparent welcoming of unwelcome new visitors, such events are likely to be commonplace throughout most of western Europe, including here in the UK of course.

You are right Alex, but on the whole I have the impression people got extremely aggressive - no idea why. Maybe there's a lack of a common goal like rebuilding the country as after WW II. People never before had such a comfortable life as today, but they aren't happy and satisfied - on the contrary.
