 Elton John should stick to singing and playing a bit of piano.. 
Instead of poking his nose into politics..
I reckon.. in time.. illegal immigrants will be playing the  ' I'm Gay' card..

I'm assuming its the story about stopping asylum seekers using the gay card to get in. I suspect plenty aren't but are using that as the reason. Perhaps a medical examination of the obvious area would give a clue?

Examination. !!  That would come under 'intrusion'  ( An occasion when someone goes into a place where they are not wanted ).

Maybe insisting that they will have to be sterilised as part of their application process would help matters.  After all, their sexual proclivity would mean that they'd not be having children.
