Its their style Alex, deceitful and opaque. Small print and covering up announcements run in their DNA. Also it fits in with getting us all out any form of personal transport, save pedal bikes by 2030. Keeping their word on the triple lock mandate undertaking must have caused Herr Hunt severe palpitations etc. 'Injun Joe' however (cos it's his empire and neck) fears the Pensioner Revenge and his boss 'Ernst Stavro Schwab' gave him permission on a 'once only' basis to pay it. After all, it took old Adolf considerable input and bunging to get our ethnic leader installed as PM without a vote?
