I was one of three male teachers in a primary school.  I was Year 4, another bloke was Year 5, and the third was the Head.
I was never worried about any such accusations (as being discussed), although I had my share of whingeing parents!  Fortunately, there was usually a (female) teaching assistant in the classroom.  In addition, it was a CofE school where most parents were supportive and most children were reasonably well behaved.
That was some years ago, of course, and I wonder whether such accusatory incidents are rather more frequent these days generally.
