Really odd but odder still now in bed on my phone and trying again it doesn't even mention an account. That could be it only blocks new stories I suppose and I see it is tomorrow now.

Oddly I did click it again on my phone last night and it did just let me right in. Maybe the need for an account is time limited?

No just tried now on laptop and get the box with maybe later.

I suspect that this is the BBC playing the SEO game and ensuring their stuff gets indexed by search engines. Plus maybe some gaming on who they want to see their stuff.

Good morning good people.  It's just 5 degs here so far,  but at least its not raining.
They keep talking about possible snow for Christmas in some areas,  but we'll have to wait and see.

Off into town this morning,  I bet its bedlam,  then later this afternoon, its my Otago exercise class again.

Liffey seems brighter this morning,  although she's got a bit of a dicky tummy now, but that could be the pills and injection the vet gave her yesterday upset her a bit.   She is still on 7 days of antibiotics too.
At least she ate a bit of cooked chicken for her brekkie which I am pleased about, as she had stopped eating for a couple of days earlier in the week.
