Power to Vlad Villas was restored at 0329 this morning...it went off at about 12 30 yesterday afternoon kept coming on and going off. We had lots of candles going, it was a bit like the Vatican on an Easter Sunday.

Recieved a long awaited email today , a secure document from the MOD which after the necessary security checks I downloaded, 85 pages of my military medical history in total. It listed every fracture, every bone graft every wound and diseases, every medical exam and injection I had over a period of 27 years. My GP will be pleased we have only been waiting 4 months for it. Being a doctor he can no decipher the scribble, abbreviations and jargon.

Just wondering though,  does it mention all  the days of  booze, sin and debauchery when you were on leave?

Booze, Sin and Debauchery 😀 those were tha days, I have been thrown out of many a bar for some minor infractions

Amusing that it is all encrypted yet the link to it was sent by email which is in no way secure and there is a way to pass access to somebody else also doubtless by email. Mind you I'm not convinced that Chinese hackers would gain much from the content. No doubt far too busy cataloguing all the current military stuff they pass around using email too.

Are you telling me that the Chinese military are aware of the fact that I was banned for life from the  Assiniboia Inn (The Sin Bin) in Medicine Hat Manitoba Canada ansd  suffered carpet burns when they dragged me out? No wonder that lass at Judy's Chinese takeaway always laughs when I order
