I quite like this bit of ii where Risible Khan added..

IIRC, the mayor is a trained lawyer and knows that he can't say something that is demonstrably untrue, and Trump may or may not be all those things.

But one thing that was clearly missing from the TT's retort was that Trump was not wrong when he said how bad Risible was and how much London has changed.

One can only assume that the TT secretly agree with the appraisal.
