T Plate for Tourists.

I like this idea, there's so much carry on and accidents up here during the summer. Most have never driven on single track roads, have no idea what a passing place is. On the A9 they dither around gaping at the scenery it causes chaos, and accidents. If it works it could be used everywhere in the UK.
What do you think of the idea?
I know how I hate driving in a big city as I dither a bit trying to find the way.

Perhaps a plate advising other drivers that one adheres to the Highway Code as stringently as a cyclist, would be useful.
