I'm so sorry to find that the USA has experienced another aviation disaster.

This looks like one of the sadest and worst nightmares a pilot ever faces. The small aeroplane, a Learjet medically equipped passenger craft took off from North East Philadelphia airport, Pennsylvania and crashed moments later into a shopping mall in the early evening. The aeroplane was flying to Tijuana, Mexico, with a recovering casualty and her family. Ironically the treatment had saved the girl's life. It's believed that all six souls on board the aircraft were Mexican and there were no survivors.

Being heavily laden with fuel and the medical equipment etc, the crash caused an explosion and fires, almost certainly injuring people on the ground.

This is really sad, so close to the Washington crash too.
