I'm have a senior moment.  To what are you referring?🤷🏻♂️😳

klondike

I fear that the senior moment is either shared or lies elsewhere as I don't have a Scoobie either.

My go-to for mysteries ChatGPT responded...
Are you referring to screws, toothbrushes, or something else? Let me know so I can clarify further.

Has to be said that this isn't feeling exactly the best Christmas quiz.

Well, since Scrumps has gone hill walking (I assume this means climbing up to the top of the mound of washing she's been putting off for a few weeks), we'll have to use our own, considerably large😬, intelligence..

Rule out ... Nails

Rule out .... English civil war (Roundheads v cavaliers).

It is for you to guess.. Someone has got it right..
Don't ask me.. I know nuffink..

Scrumpy

Anyway.. I would like to know which you prefer..

I think this requires thinking outside the box. However I cannot get the lid open at the moment.

JBR

Perhaps she's thinking of toothbrushes.
Personally, I use an electric one which, I suppose, has a round, rotating head.

It is toothbrushes..
I just wondered what the preference was of those on here..

Well, to be honest ... I was bored ..
Roundhead electric for me..
But the latest one I have purchased Braun series 2 is so loud and the press button isn't easy to operate..

Roundhead electric for me too.  I also floss most days and use a water flosser once or twice a day to get the stuck between teeth bits out.

klondike

Yes electric for me too. Oral B recently replacing the previous Oral B because the time between charges on that was getting ever shorter. It probably didn't whizz so fast as it used to either as the new one is noticeably faster.

It's got some extra functions as it takes a couple of presses to shut it up once it's going. I did look in the instructions but didn't see anything explaining it. There are about 50 languages each in tiny type to look through as well so I didn't look all that hard.

Alex

I use both !  leccy toothbrush to start then a normal one to finish off.  No idea why I use this method, but the Braun is no match for a good old scrub

Steady on.  You'll wear the enamel off.
