Christmas songs are being played on Radio 2...

I love it.. makes me happy.. I'm a kid at heart.. I might get up and have a dance in a minute..
Don't ask me.. I know nuffink..

It's all the American Christmas films on every single day since September that get on my wick.

Scrumpy

I never watch them Mups... Crap acting and stories are far too gooey..

Give me a gangster... thriller.. Godfather.. Gangs of New York.. etc;
Or ... The Way We Were... On Golden Pond sort of film...

I agree.  It is becoming difficult to find a really good film on offer on the box.

Fortunately, for several years in the past I had a habit of copying good films from the telly on to DVDs and BDs.  I now have literally hundreds of discs, all numbered and listed on my computer so that when there's nothing on worth watching I can look out an interesting film (or TV series, etc.) and put that on.

To be honest, not many of them are Marge's cup of tea, but I've told her that when I turn my toes up she can have a sale!

I'm curious about the "Christmas Special" episodes.  Most of these are basically the same as any other, apart from possibly a bit more red and tinsel, and a mention of Santa, elf, or Christmas.

You forgot longer adverts (from memory).

Feliz Navidad?  I looked it up and it seems to comprise:

"I wanna wish you a Merry Christmas (3 times), from the bottom of my heart"

repeated ad nauseam.  🙄😂
