Were Reclaim actually standing any candidates apart from maybe Lawrence Fox. Heard absolutely nothing about them for ages anyway. I liked Lawrence Fox even though he was a crap presenter. Can't even recall now what he did to get de-platformed.

Any support is welcome but I can't see this having any impact at all.

Alex

I can't remember what he did either, but he does have a lot of supporters so perhaps his celebrity chums would be useful

Fox was an actor (sidekick in "Lewis").

His demise was from an appearance on Question Time, in which he said something along the lines that he suffered from racial abuse due to him being a white privileged heterosexual male.  He was much berated by the right-on audience and thence (there's a good word from yesteryear😊) the media as a whole.

He kept going after that and was a stand in presenter on GBNews if Farage was off but he did something or other that got him the sack from that. I suppose I could look it up.

I doubt he has any luvvie mates left - anybody in that game is likely to be a woke lefty pinko.

Seems it was..-
The former actor, 45, asked "Who would want to shag that?" about Ava Evans, a female journalist, during an episode of GB News's Dan Wootton Tonight show on Sept 26.
Which I do now vaguely recall but doubt I saw

I'm guessing it was her opinions he objected to

I don't see any point of any right-wing politician appearing on obviously biased programmes like Question Time.
Farage was interviewed recently on a BBC-produced programme, presently being shown on Panorama.
The interviewer, Nick Robinson, chipped in at every opportunity to criticise him, which is fair enough, but to do so before Farage was allowed to give his answer to the question.  I think it was the most biased interview I have ever seen, but of course it was produced by the BBC.

As for Reclaim allying itself with Reform, I have no objection but, as has been suggested, Reclaim has little to offer and perhaps only one possible contender for election.  I, too, have little knowledge of what Reclaim claims to stand for anyway.  Still, every little helps.

Dan Wootton was sacked too, I remember  it now.

Yes he went. I saw something in an article the other day about him taking some sort of legal action, possibly against Ofcom. I don't recall any details at all.

I saw that Panorama programme and I agree.   Lawrence Fox is a bit of a twonk!  I can't imagine many women voting for him.
