Not my thing as a rule.. But I was out for lunch a few days ago and chose cheesecake for dessert ... It was scrumptious..
 It was American Cheesecake.. 
I wish I could make it .. I have never tried..

I watched the link..
She uses eggs.. flour.. and bakes the cheesecake..
I thought a cheesecake just went in a fridge to set.. !!!
