A man has been arrested at the scene, but it turns out it was orange netting and not a fire at all

No he was arrested near the scene on suspicion of breach of the peace.

Officers confirmed on Friday (December 29) that he was later detained under the Mental Health Act.

Apparently he was a member of the 'One Nation' Conservative EU Remainer, bravo 'Just stop oil' movement.
