Once it got to muscle tissue I had to stop !    I don't eat hot dogs but I do eat Bratwurst but I think they're only made with pork and have less fat than the traditional pork bangers .

I think the Germans have sausage laws. They have beer laws. Probably the only regulation here on sausage is that any  road kill used must be less than a week old.
