Do the BBC & ITV put kids' shite programmes on BBC1 & ITV1 when they both have dedicated children's channels?  :wtf: :boo:

The parents can get rat-arsed while the kids watch the shite on the kids' channels such as CBeebies.

They don't need to be shown on BBC 1 or ITV 1.
