I'm the first to say I don't know about football, and I can't be bothered with it. But tell me WHY does the manager get the sack if the team go out onto the pitch and play badly? It's not the manager who's playing it's the lads, and if they have a bad day surely it's their fault not anyone else's.
I was watching the Scottish News and the Dundee Manager was sacked last week, he's only been with the team a couple of months. :wtf:

The manager is responsible for picking the team and devising the tactics as far as I know. So if he hasn't positioned players to their best advantage and hasn't instilled the best tactics he carries the can. I suppose.

Ashy's right I feel, although this week Scott Parker was sacked as Bournemouth manager and it seems it's nothing to do with scores or performances.  Parker fell out with the owner of Bournemouth because there's been no investment in the club and he wasn't afraid to confront the owner.   :nooo:
