None of like turkey, it's always a big beef joint.

I think my favourite meat has to be lamb.

Chicken.  The meat is a small part of the flavourings on the day IMHO.

I usually have Turkey,  whether I am at home,  or at my son's house. 
I don't eat it the rest of the year,  but like the tradition at Christmas.

I do however,  feel a little guilty about the mass slaughter of these poor birds.
