I haven't received mine yet, maybe it's done alphabetically ?  It'll help with the rise in my bills..  It certainly won't be spent of whisky or wine.  Is it any wonder some of the younger generation think rich pensioners don't need free bus passes, pension rises and £200 winter fuel payment ! 

Our council paid the £150 to Direct Debit payers first, based on the date in the month the DD was paid.
