assuming it is a proper pyramid, I make it 30

It could be a square based pyramid giving
16 + 9 + 4 + 1 = Mike's 30
or it could possibly have a trianglular base
10 + 6 + 3 + 1 = 20

Visually I'd go with 30

Or of course none as it's just a 2D picture or maybe it's another cheat including the text as Oy suggested.
