Anyone read about this ?  It's an EU military agreement of some sorts and Liz Truss has signed the UK to be part of it.

Governments are very fond of using their executive powers these days. Probably covered by the covid emergency or perhaps the climate emergency or some such. Were the donations to Ukraine ever brought before Parliament?
