This is a sorry tale

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13430999/sex-predator-maths-teacher-chance-girl-schoolboy-lover.html

This woman had sex with two 15 year old boys and is now going to jail .

She had a baby with one of them .

Questions .

She was wrong
but 15 year old boys are not exactly toddlers.
They must have known it was not right having sex with your teacher .

Two what ever was going on in her head to have sex with schoolboys ?

Three what happens to the baby .
Does it automatically get adopted
Who has rights to this poor child .

Would you be saying that if it was two 15 year old girls?

It isn't only men that are paedophiles.

I imagine it remains her child but if she's in jail that will complicate matters and it may be taken into care but I doubt it could be taken from her permanently if she objected to that.

Mups

I believe babies in these circumstances, that babies can be looked after by a responsible family member,  if
if anyone offers.

Failing that, they go to be fostered.

It said on the news tonight that this woman was already in trouble for the affair with the first boy,  yet   still  started the same all over again with the second lad,  the one she got pregnant by.
Her excuse for starting the first affair was   - "she felt flattered."

I've never understood women who go for toyboys !

I tried it once, but felt out of place with his friends.

I don't think this was a case of having toyboys. I think it must have been more of a perversion. In my mind a toyboy is more of a 20 or 30 year old for a forty something woman not a 15 year old for any adult woman.

I'm 18 years older than my wife which was fine as she was 46 & I was 64 when we met, but it wouldn't have been ok if she'd been 12 & I'd been 30.

Unless I'd been a Muslim. Lol

To me it suggests emotional in stability  on the part of the teacher in this case
Following the break up of her marriage she may have felt lonely and unwanted
I doubt she became a teacher in order to seduce 15 year old boys ..
Which is what peadophiles do.
They look for situations where they can seduce children .

The fact is physically we are still cave men .
15 year olds are old enough to father children .
Not so long ago they would be working perhaps doing a mans job
In fact the human being  is more fertile in the early teenage years .
We are no longer cave men and childhood is much more extended .

The teacher behaved unethically and abused her position .
Perhaps fathers should take heed should and give their teenage sons guidance on sexual behaviour and what is and what is not acceptable

I must admit I never went past the headline and didn't read the detail. All I could see was that there was some mental problem involved and that provides a possible reason for it.

Perhaps mothers should do the same with their daughters when the boot's on the other foot.
