I have to ask if our civil service is in any way fit for purpose. We all know about the Covid Contracts scandals now comes revelations on the level of fraud in Covid support schemes for business

A lot of people will dip where vast amounts of money are concerned..
Many professional dippers in parliament too...

They will likely be fake companies I expect. No bloody checks before sending out the cheques. Probably too busy painting the lounge while working from home to do any.
