Does anybody remember what they were doing when they heard the news?
I know the voices aren't real but man do they come up with good ideas

Alex

In the pub with a couple of your neighbours Bri

Scrumpy

I remember the day well..
I was in labour and in pain.. Mum gave me some watered down gin..
My old man had buggered off to war..
and Zeppelin raids were overhead..
They were the good old days..
Don't ask me.. I know nuffink..

Yes I remember it well, I was practising my pas-de-deux with some chap called  Erik Weisz, at the London School of Ballet. Never paid his bills as I recall. When Oscar the tea man came in with the evening paper, early edition of course, "look at that" he said, tapping the newspaper, "Antarctica's going to disappear by 1940", when Erik noticed the headline, "That reminds me to buy a sink" he said. I think he was French.
