He, David George Hamilton "Baron" Frost would first have to renounce his 'life' peerage. Then find a Conservative Association to accept him as their candidate for election. If this ever happens whoever it might be, would gain an excellent nominee to represent them.

As a decent man though, I would think he's had enough of Johnson's erratic principals, not to mention those of his latest wife, to last a lifetime. A great loss to the Nation, which will be demonstrated shortly with the announcement of a boot polishing remainer as his replacement.
