Pretty much what he has been saying on GB News too.
I doubt I'll be voting next time anyway. Far too much I'm not satisfied with and too old to become any sort of activist. The amount of time I will have to cope with the impact of uncontrolled inward migration (legal as well as illegal) is limited. It's up to the younger generation now to decide and by and large they seem to be a lot less concerned than my generation are. I hope for their sakes that they are right.
Thing is Kondike the younger generations don't remember when things were different like we do. Look at VE day footage in London, no foreign faces to be seen. I was brought up in a white north London that didn't have immigrants at all, none in my school, none in my husbands, very few to start with in my children's classes until they got a bit older then it all started big time, foreigners poured in at an alarming rate. I was perfectly happy in my world but it has changed beyond recognition and I don't feel like I belong here anymore.
I know exactly what you mean. When we were growing up there was never a foreign face to be seen anywhere.
My concern for the future of UK is that many now coming here
are adding to the many who are already here who have
an alien religion to ours, have a different attitude to women and are gaining
power.....we now have Muslims even in Parliament as the norm now.
I fear for this country and it's old British way of life.
Did any of you see that old (now) horror film "The Omen" when it first came out?
There was a poem/prophecy in it from a priest called Father Brennan. It sent shivers through me then and I've never forgotten it.
Ok , it was about one man but it has hints of today in it, the eternal sea mentioned is politics.
When the Jews return to Zion and a comet fills the sky, and the Holy Roman Empire rises; then you and I must die.
From the eternal sea he rises, creating armies on either shore, turning man against his brother, 'til man exists no more.
worryingly apt
He talks sense as usual. I'm concerned that if the Tories lose the next election, how ever badly they are performing, the more left wing parties, Labour, Greens, SNP etc., will put out a welcome sign.
Yes I saw The Omen. Might give it another go to see if it stood the test of time. There were a couple of sequels of which I saw at least one and when I checked it seems it was re-made in 2006. I don't recall the poem.
Here you go.

I remembered the last bit in that clip. Put me off going near churches for years.
I will give it another go some time along with the sequel as I have both in stock.
Everybody knows there is a massive problem..
Everybody knows that something must be done..
Everybody knows what must be done ..
Yet nobody does a thing..
Fed up with the lot of them..
The truth is our leaders of all all parties don't want to do anything about it, they couldn't care less, they all live in nice areas so they are not bothered, they are not likely to have a hotel or camp on their doorstep full of the unknowns. They come up with half baked ideas which they know won't happen and then say they are trying to do something but their hands are tied. All the while we are being invaded by more and more people who we cannot get rid of and need paying for when the money could be better spent on us.

Well said, Scrumpy!
For that very reason, we have recently cancelled our postal vote. We will never vote again.....
I too have a postal vote. I won't cancel that. I'll either not return it or send it back defaced though as none of them are worth a vote.
I shall continue to vote Conservative.. just to piss the others off..
It won't piss me off. :halo: Sure I loathe the Tories and would never vote for them, but we all have the right (at the moment) to put that X where we choose.
I'd prefer the right to put my boot where I choose....
This week alone 1500 arrived x 52 = 78,000
I too will vote Tory, because the alternative is worse.
I'm hoping that there is an alternative I can vote for. None of the big parties will get mine on a "the others are worse" basis ever again. A wasted vote? Maybe but no hope parties and "wasted votes" got us out of the evil empire. Of course the big boys still botched it but at least we are out.
A Tory vote is a wasted vote in this constituency anyway. The last one was in 1931.
No vote is ever wasted.. Even if your side do not win..
It is a vote the other side are not counting..
