I was looking to see what the papers were saying about the partygate report and saw this puff piece in the Express from Octopus Energy saying they won't go bust.
I, along with somebody else from here or PF, got farmed out to them when Avro went bust. The rates look to be about 50% more than I was paying. They still haven't figured out my Avro balance which would have been several hundred quid or sent me a bill yet. They do seem to have resurrected my Smart meters which had been non functional for quite a while.
It's all a huge cock up.
I was gifted to Octopus by Co-op Energy a few months ago..I've not noticed much difference but they do give good e-mail..
I've not even had an account set up yet that shows what I've used.

That was probably me.
Smart meter, "died" for a couple of days. Working now.
Still no balance. I was in credit. So upped my payments from £70 to £90.
Just, waiting.....
