I went out for a late breakfast a couple of days ago.. We decided on a new place in the town.. All very nice .. I reckon the staff were trained to 'Observe'.. be 'Alert' not to do 'Small talk'.. and to be discreet..
The menu was not displayed anywhere inside or outside.. It was presented at the table..

Was the meal worth the money..!! No.. and the staff were over trained ... It wasn't a happy place..
I had more fun when me and my mate went to McDonald's last year and (mastered)! the self ordering machine..

Note to self Scrumpy, no price list then don't go in :grin:. Some clothes shops are the same, my mate always says 'if you can't see a price then you can't afford it' !

Same here. No prices walk away. I suppose car boots are different but it's rare I see anything at those I wouldn't have put in the bin anyway rather than insult a charity shop. Come to that it's been ages since I've been to one.
