Head shrinker

Another one thought up earlier.....
Chap asked another what he did for a living.
"I'm a head shrinker." was the reply.
"Oh, you're a psychiatrist then?"

"No, I'm a head shrinker.
 If someone buys a hat that is too small for them , they call me in."
