Another one of mine, .....
There is a psychiatrist. He advertises treatment for depression, anger management, sadness and happiness.
I wondered why one needed treatment for happiness so I booked a session. 
 When I saw the psychiatrist I asked him how he treated happiness. 
He replied, " I reduce it by charging you three times my normal rates."
