The Police and Crime Committee has formally summonsed the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan to appear at a meeting in November to discuss the Tom Winsor report and the circumstances around the resignation of the former Met Police Commissioner.

Labour voted against the move, well they would wouldn't they
