I use MagnetDL. I think the problem with it is at your end. What message exactly do you see in your browser.

I have modified the PF outage scripts I wrote to track MagnetDL from here on my home internet

Regarding https://w41.torlook.info/ it works just fine.
I covered how to use it here - https://letschat.club/hints-and-tips/step-by-step-guide-to-using-zoonys-video-emporium/msg11922/#msg11922

As with many torrent sites you may need to run an ad blocker to avoid invites to fun and games with Russian ladies
I have mentioned before that I run a PiHole on my network so sadly most such ladies just have to pleasure themselves without help or observation from me.

I don't know these days. I block all that stuff with my https://pi-hole.net/

The https://w41.torlook.info/ may host such an advert as zoony mentioned Russian but it also has Russian as an alternate language to English. The site is hosted in Lithuania so maybe they were Lithuanian girls?

i have seen many Russian ladies...lol...
sorry Roxy, but on the whole they all 99% look like farmers wives..

Having downloaded them all as audiobooks I thought, following Oy's post, I'd check on the recommended reading sequence and foung this which seems sort-of informative.

The order in which they were published is Red Dragon, Silence of the Lambs, Hannibal, and Hannibal Rising. The order in which they happen, chronologically, is Hannibal Rising, Red Dragon, Silence of the Lambs, and Hannibal.

However, I recommend them to be read in the order of how good they are. And that, in my opinion, is Silence of the Lambs (there's a reason this is the most famous one, and it's not just because of the masterpiece of a film), Red Dragon (just as good as Silence, but with less Lecter in it- which, let's face it, is the reason we read them- I sometimes read only the passages featuring Lecter. Also, it serves as a nice mini-prequel), Hannibal (not at all as bad as some people think, except the ending), and Hannibal Rising (definitely only meant to be read when you "know" the adult Lecter, and also the weakest in the series, although I still enjoyed it a lot).

Also included in my download was a 1975 novel by Thomas Harris called Black Sunday which is nothing to do with Hannibal
