You know when you peel the spuds :grin: I cooked some in the air fryer tonight, lovely jubbly. Coat with olive oil, hefty dose of garlic pepper and job's a good un. The only annoying bit is turning them half way through. They taste a bit like chip shop chips that have sat in the paper too long :grin:
I haven't made any chips for yonks.. and my Air Fryer sits in the spare room along with other gadgets that I don't use..
Nija (air frier) fried wedges is the closest I get.
home made chips - cooked in duck fat - sprinkled with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika - yummy!
