My wife worked for the NHS as a occupational therapist. Her assistant , who was bone idle and useless, was offered the chance to be a health care practitioner. She encouraged the move to get rid of the assistant.

I've just had my Covid booster jab but this time it was the Moderna vaccine.

All my previous five jabs were the Pfizer vaccine.

I was advised to wait in my car for 15 minutes, like I was with the first three Pfizer jabs, but I drove straight back home.

Absolutely.  However, ACPs/ANPs are matron grade.  They have undertaken far more training than nurses or paramedics, and carry out a lot of the work that used to be undertaken by doctors.   In theory they free up the doctors for more complex cases and also save the NHS money.  

Slimming group then charity shop.  If it keeps dry after lunch I've got some plants to pot. Otherwise, feet up!

I you're bendy enough you should be able to shove it up from inside the sink cabinet. You'll see the lever going into the pipe. You may even be able to win a bit of length by partly undoing the top of the push rod you press to pop it up.

Failing that lever it out with a couple of pointed knives either side (what I'd do anyway as I'm probably not bendy enough). There is a rubber O ring so take care. If you mess it up they will be on eBay - I bought one in the past when the chrome on one went bad.
