What's wrong with politicians? More public money than sense.
Serco won't be paying these rents bills and property repairs, we will. And we'll be paying Serco to do it.

If I was younger & in the rental game I'd be getting a few buy-to-let mortages lined up & I'd be kicking out any existing tenants.

But SERCO have definitely let the cat out of the bag.
