Gosh, I feel for all you with back pains.  Hope the chiro's give you relief.

I remember these well....

... but now most days are the same as any other.

My back is not a lot better, unfortunately.  That's unusual after the Chiropractor.
Going for some more Physio next week, see what he thinks.

Nice sunny day here,  but cold, and the sky looks ominous.

Continuous back pain must be awful.. It restricts most movement..
I really do hope that next week Physio helps..

I get Sciatica.. Bloody painful.. But it is bearable .. But when I get a flare up it is miserable..

Sunshine but chilly here..

Yeah,  its not good Scrumps.   Makes me feel a bit 'down,'   as I don't do pain very well.
What do you do for your Sciatica as that can be darn painful too, can't it.

Raven

Sciatica is what sent me to the Chiropractor in the first place. I got a dose of it about 6 months into Covid, I was in a right mess, I always said I thought that no swimming and a lot less walking due to the restrictions was the cause.
After I was free of the pain I went onto a 6 weekly check visit, to keep things ticking over, but this damn shoulder freeze is my own bloody fault, Ed warned me about my time spent on, and my computer posture, but I didn't cut back enough. Now I can't even turn on the computer and I'm not a fan of the tablet and phone.

Sounds like you've had it tough, Raven.

Annoying when these things stop you doing what you enjoy, isn't it.
Hope you improve as time goes on.

I'm having withdrawal symptoms from my computer  I spent time on it doing my jigsaws and listening to audio books in the winter afternoons, but instead of an hour it can be around 4 hours :shh:. I tend to sit with my left elbow on the desk and leaning forward putting my weight onto it. Ed is always unknotting my shoulders at my checks and ended up asking what the heck I was doing. He sat me at one of the computers there and told me to show him how I sit, I did and he almost blew a gaskit. Told me to cut right back and find another way to sit UPRIGHT. Once I heal and feel better it should be gardening time, my worry will start next November or there abouts.

Off to the Post Office,  then Co-op,  then another Physio appointment.

Soup for lunch.  Beat that for an exciting day.

Just having the gutters cleaned, received Wiltshire Farm Foods delivery and Tesco to come - it's all go!

Afternoon, Cloudy and dull here, matches my mood. Still got the bit of movement in my arm so fingers crossed it keeps coming.
Daughters on her way up despite me saying not to bother......Sigh
My tempers on edge with frustration as it is, I don't want/need to be bossed about by her, in the guize of being looked after.  :yell:

Alex

Had a busy day yesterday, so today is a DG day  :upvote:
