My friends who live locally have.. Does that mean that I need to get in touch with them .. ?

Sets a deadline of 26 Jan 2024 for payment.

Both give contact details. I'd guess on our useless postal service having lost it and wouldn't be chasing til January or at least until folks you know have had their cash. I guess it depends how much you were banking on getting the money earlier though and how fond of hold music you are.

Definitely goes in Surname alphabetical order Scrumps, however the useless Post Office (recently fined £5 million for inadequacy) probably has a lot to do with it to.
