Lorna Slater, a member of the wretched Scottish Greens who just about run Scotland now. She visited teh island of Rum to discuss its future. A return ferry ticket costs £9.40 - but not good enough for a planet saver. She chartered a private ferry at a cost - to the taxpayer - of £1,200. So not only extravagant, but that meant an additional ferry plying the route with the inevitable emissons

Those bloody Greens are a real pain, they are the reason for the delays on the A9 dueling being in such a mess. They want it stopped altogether  I can't remember what off hand, but they stopped several other things as well. That woman in particular is one gobby mare, she's never off the STV News spouting away, I can't stand her. Is that an American accent? It's certainly not Scottish.
